FAQ
Q: Should I size down when buying 3sixteen jeans?
A: Our jeans will stretch up to 1 inch in the waist within the first two weeks of wear. The best way to determine your size is to measure a pair of jeans that fit well and compare them to our charts.
Q: How do I know that I purchased the right size?
A: The jeans should button snugly but comfortably on the initial fit. They should not be painfully restrictive, and you should not be able to pull the waistband far away from your waist.
Q: How do you measure your jeans?
A: Please reference the Measuring Guide for a full explanation of how we measure waist, thigh, rise, knee and leg opening.
Q: Should I soak my jeans before wearing them?
A: Our denim is sanforized, so there is no need for a presoak unless you want to remove some initial starch. A short cold soak can help strengthen the fabric before heavy wear.
Q: What is the best way to wash my jeans?
A: If your jeans are dirty, wash them. Hand launder in cold water and hang dry. Dryers are rough on clothing and may yield additional shrinkage.
Q: How do I exchange or return an item?
A: Please review the returns page for instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned according to the posted policy.
